When Frenchman Sebastien Beapure undertook kastomov assembly, he decided to build it as a tribute to the legendary Isle of Man and one of the most powerful racing motorcycles Norton Manx * Island. For his project Sébastien based his Buell XB12S, in contrast to the single-cylinder Manx new bike is equipped with a V-twin 2017 volume cubes with a capacity of 103 hp
His initial plan was to transplant V-Tween in a tubular frame in the style of Norton. But after some thought, he came to the conclusion that it is better to leave the original frame Buell and move on to the next phase, redesign motorcycle racing in the style of Norton.
Just like the original the Manx, the Buell has a short wheelbase and low center of gravity, which contributes to superb handling that Sebastien has decided to modify by changing some details. Ahead he set 43mm inverted fork Ohlins titanium-coated, adjustable rear mono shock absorber of the same brand. Alloy wheels have been replaced by spitsovannye in retro style in combination with a mixed braking system Brembo and Beringer.
The retro-style is one of the main priorities in the development of new components for the custom bikes made by hand Sibastenom. The whole was replaced with plastic parts made of metal and leather. The new fuel tank and vozduhazaborniki were left in draft form, in order to reflect all the work done and meet customizer Norton Manx style seat and traverse – original parts imported from the Isle of Man and modified under the frame Buell. The front windscreen and side covers replace the brass grid, which goes well with a golden fork Ohlins. Optikatel created kastomayzer covered with black leather with integrated white LEDs (60 pcs.), Symbolizing unity. Application of several logos to complete the image of the newly created bike kastomov Sibastyana.
