This custom, the latest build by Charlie Stockwell (Charlie Stockwell), from the London workshop Warr's Customs. Harley-Davidson Cross Bones is built at the request of the former champion in Formula 1. The motorcycle is in branded red and white livery McLaren F1 team, which became famous during the time of Ayrton Senna. This F1 car inspired the exhaust and the brake system from the Japanese company Akebono, and this project is very different from what Stockwell created in the past. According to Charlie, not only to custom for it looked great, not least for it is its performance and control, in the end, the race was the basis for Harley-Davidson for over a century.
In solving the problems, Charlie turned to Warr's Racing Team (which works closely with the Team Racing team in Milwaukee) to create an engine that can be charged with adrenaline and provide high performance. As a result, customized Screamin 'Eagle 120ci Twin Cam engine producing 156 hp and 140 ft / lb of torque. Although it is brute force, it has been carefully adjusted to be a "sled" as in the lower range and the upper range of speeds. Of course, to stop this animal needs excellent brakes and came to the aid of Charlie F1 technology, namely, the guys from the company Akebono, which is currently the supplier and sponsor of the McLaren F1 team.
Akebono's engineers have worked closely with Charlie in the process of designing, developing and testing the brake system as a result of this work came to light three titanium monobloc calipers, brake discs, clutch and brake cylinders, specially made for this project. The work on the suspension were involved specialists from Öhlins USA, who helped set up the correct racing fork and shock absorbers to work with additional Harleevskim weight. Production of the body was placed on the Charlie and his loyal ally and friend of Russell Braun.
